    • Original Oil Paintings ($1,300+): All sales of original paintings are final due to high-ticket provenance, custom white-glove packaging, and archival curation. Every original shipment is fully insured. If a canvas arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and canvas to initiate an immediate insurance claim.

    • Archival Fine Art Prints: All canvas and paper prints are custom printed to order via Printful. We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.

    • Damaged or Defective Print Orders: If your print arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Replacements are printed and shipped at no additional cost.

    • Processing & Turnaround Times: Claim reviews take 2 to 3 business days. Approved print replacements enter production immediately and ship within 5 to 7 business days.

    • Original Oil Paintings: One-of-a-kind masterworks executed in traditional chiaroscuro oil on canvas. Each original includes a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity (100% cotton rag, debossed studio seal, hand-poured TCC wax seal) and a matching 1-of-1 Digital Art Coin on the Polygon blockchain.

    • Fine Art Prints: Open-edition archival reproductions produced on stretched gallery-wrap canvas or heavyweight museum matte paper using fade-resistant pigment inks.

    • Original Paintings: Shipped in heavy-duty, custom wooden or reinforced rigid boxes with full transit insurance and tracking.

    • Stretched Canvas Prints: Shipped in protective corrugated flat boxes.

    • Paper Prints: Rolled safely in heavy-duty cardboard tubes.

  • Timothy Chappell accepts a limited number of custom commissions each year for sacred narrative pieces, classical portraits, and chiaroscuro compositions. To begin, submit an inquiry via our Contact page. After an initial consultation and concept/grid approval, work begins with a 50% deposit.

    • Display: Hang artwork in climate-controlled spaces away from prolonged direct UV sunlight or high humidity.

    • Cleaning: Dust lightly with a dry, natural bristle brush. Never use water, glass cleaner, or chemical solvents.

    • Original Curing Note: Original oil paintings undergo a 6-month natural oxidation curing phase before final varnishing. Unvarnished originals ship with complete care instructions and an option for complimentary 6-month studio varnishing.
